Helah pembangkang menyatakan pembunuhan Noramfaizul akibat kekeliruan bendera Malaysia adalah tidak berasas, sengaja diada-adakan oleh pihak tertentu untuk memburukkan kerja mulia .

The AU Mission for Somalia (AMISOM) said four Burundi soldiers were involved in the September 2 shooting that killed cameraman Noramfaizul Mohd Nor and injured his colleague Aji Saregar Mazlan.
"This is a regrettable incident. AMISOM offers sincere apologies to the families of the deceased and the injured," the force said in a statement.
An AMISOM inquiry board recommended that the four soldiers "be brought to trial according to their countrys military and judicial processes."
"The four soldiers have been suspended from duty to allow for further proceedings," added the statement.
The 9,000-strong AU force comprises Burundian and Ugandan troops. It first deployed in the war-torn Horn of Africa country in 2007 to prop up its transitional government against an onslaught by Islamist rebels.
