Kita pernah melaporkan wujudnya penyelewengan tatakerja yang mengakibatkan Talikom tercelar imej. Lebih-lebih lagi ramai perkerja ini adalah dari golongan Bumiputera.
Bukan kita mahu menjadikan ini isu perkauman. Namun ada segelintir staf Talikom yang sentiasa cuai dan seharusnya di beri amaran.
Staf ini adalah staf pemalas dan tidak mahu baiki diri mereka sendiri sehingga magik zamzam alakazam dari bosnya Datuk Seri Zamzamzairani pun tak boleh ubatkan.

Account Department of Telekom Malaysia Titiwangsa branch is totally ineffective and should be punished and made to pay for their blunders
It is not just a recent problem but I had got a bad experience when I became a victim of their inefficiency 26 yrs ago. I was cheated by the Malaysian husband of an Indian National doctor after I trusted and allowed them to continue to use my telephone when I shifted house. When they never pay the bill, I got the notice and went to negotiate with the Telekom officer. But at last I have to pay all the bills and order the Telekom to cut the phone-line. It was already 4 PM when I finished paying at the countre in the same office.
The countre staff asked me to inform the Account Office next door. Account Staff asked me to give a photocopy of the receipt. As that Titiwangsa is a secluded place, and could not easily get back before they close I had given the original receipt to them after informing the first officer. But about 5 yrs later I was shocked to get a notice from Telekom to settle that already paid bill and as I had given the original receipt to that department I was in trouble. I went back and search the officer and was lucky that he recognized me and personally knew that I had paid the bill. My case was settled.
After I upgraded to UniFi from Streamyx, UniFi manager promised to terminate the Streamyx but the Telekom keep on sending the bills. As we get one phone line we terminate our one extra phone-line by sending my son to Titiwangsa branch as advised by UniFi officer. We have an acknowledged official receipt of termination. Instead of sending the cheque for our deposit and for returning the phone, now we got the red bill to settle our already cut phone bill.
Telekom staff should make to pay for our traveling fees and for our valuable time to go and settle the bills just wrongly issued because of their lousy inefficiency.
