Apakah kita perlu merasa sedih bila PM menjadi mantan PM?

Jawapannya tidak.

This man has singlehandedly almost destroyed UMNO for what they had built for 52 years in less than 2 terms.
Damn for those people who think otherwise.
Rationale?
If you look at the results he won in 2004, it was then among the best in many elections and he had overturned that results before the next term. That means for every year of the service he had destroyed 10 years of good reputation of BN and UMNO.

So this man has in fact has regressed UMNO into the twilight zone of politics.

And ironically, he has many days to go and yet he still manage to leave a trademark of his governance of fiasco.

The recently Limbang and UMNO Disciplinary not banning KJ for example, will need a strong and capable leader to lead UMNO for immediate resolution through the next elections.

We lost all the credibility that is left, and the Disciplinary Commitee should have delved deeper into the perception of the people, now that Norza is also allowed to contest.

In the future, in the application form, please ensure a clause is added that every aspiring candidate shall be not allowed to contest if he or she is charged in court and authorities due to money politics.

Abdullah Badawi is a liablity, and I am glad that he is gone. Breath UMNO,breath.

I say this piece of my mind because I love UMNO and the Malays more than anything else.

Damn for saying it and Damned for not saying it.

Why we should not trust lawyers. The Proof Part 2

Follwo up to my previous posting:
-------------------------------
The following quotations are from a book called Disorder in the American Courts by Charles M. Sevilla and are things people actually said in court, word for word, taken down and published by court reporters that had the torment of staying calm while these exchanges were taking place. Regardless of originations, they can be eye openers as to the mentality of those engaged in the drill...

ATTORNEY: What was the first thing your husband said to you that morning?
WITNESS: He said, 'Where am I, Cathy?'
ATTORNEY: And why did that upset you?
WITNESS: My name is Susan!
____________________________________________

ATTORNEY: What gear were you in at the moment of the impact?
WITNESS: Gucci sweats and Reeboks.
____________________________________________

ATTORNEY: Are you sexually active?
WITNESS: No, I just lie there..
____________________________________________

ATTORNEY: This myasthenia gravis, does it affect your memory at all?
WITNESS: Yes.
ATTORNEY: And in what ways does it affect your memory?
WITNESS: I forget.
ATTORNEY: You forget? Can you give us an example of something you forgot?
___________________________________________

ATTORNEY: Do you know if your daughter has ever been involved in voodoo?
WITNESS: We both do.
ATTORNEY: Voodoo?
WITNESS: We do.
ATTORNEY: You do?
WITNESS: Yes, voodoo.
____________________________________________

ATTORNEY: Now doctor, isn't it true that when a person dies in his sleep, he doesn't know about it until the next morning?
WITNESS: Did you actually pass the bar exam?
____________________________________

ATTORNEY: The youngest son, the twenty-year-old, how old is he?
WITNESS: He's twenty, much like your IQ.
___________________________________________

ATTORNEY: Were you present when your picture was taken?
WITNESS: Are you shitting me?
_________________________________________

ATTORNEY: So the date of conception (of the baby) was August 8th?
WITNESS: Yes.
ATTORNEY: And what were you doing at that time?
WITNESS: getting laid
____________________________________________

ATTORNEY: She had three children, right?
WITNESS: Yes.
ATTORNEY: How many were boys?
WITNESS: None.
ATTORNEY: Were there any girls?
W ITNESS : Your Honor, I think I need a different attorney. Can I get a new attorney?
____________________________________________

ATTORNEY: How was your first marriage terminated?
WITNESS: By death.
ATTORNEY: And by whose death was it terminated?
WITNESS: Take a guess.

____________________________________________

ATTORNEY: Can you describe the individual?
WITNESS: He was about medium height and had a beard.
ATTORNEY: Was this a male or a female?
WITNESS: Unless the Circus was in town I'm going with male.
_____________________________________

ATTORNEY: Is your appearance here this morning pursuant to a deposition notice which I sent to your attorney?
WITNESS: No, this is how I dress when I go to work.
______________________________________

ATTORNEY: Doctor, how many of your autopsies have you performed on dead people?
WITNESS: All of them. The live ones put up too much of a fight.
_________________________________________

ATTORNEY: ALL your responses MUST be oral, OK? What school did you go to?
WITNESS: Oral.
_________________________________________

ATTORNEY: Do you recall the time that you examined the body?
WITNESS: The autopsy started around 8:30 p.m.
ATTORNEY: And Mr. Denton was dead at the time?
WITNESS: If not, he was by the time I finished.
____________________________________________

ATTORNEY: Are you qualified to give a urine sample?
WITNESS: Are you qualified to ask that question?
______________________________________

ATTORNEY: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for blood pressure?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for breathing?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
ATTORNEY: I see, but could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless?
WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law.

Why we should not trust lawyers. Proof here!!!! Part 1

I have many encounters with lawyers. I don't trust majority of them. Some of them are not fit to be one. They cannot even do simple maths. Most lawyers only interested in making a lot of money not about winning the cases they are assigned to.
No doubt they can talk but many are just bull shitting. Try to speak loudest that makes you sounds right. Just like Karpal and Sivakumar, and many others may they be in PR or BN. Mostly PR. The BN tends to be more on civil cases.

I remember a demonstration made by Bar Council. What irks me was that never in my life I witness a demonstration by lawyers against the high legal costs to hire.

I heard some lawyers from PR asked for RM80K just to appear one day in court. And there are people who lost a case just because they cannot come up with the full 80K. Many are said to be Singhs. Maybe they can 'belakang taruh' you when you are not looking. The Indians lawyers tend to always riding on the high horses. They always forget their humble roots. They just like to question constitutiton issues something that was already there before they were even born. Sivakumar looks more like Grade B lawyer. I will be suprise if he has a degree. Real laywers are demanded to be more proffesional, not self-centred. Kapla! could be a greeting from the planet they are from.

PR lawyers tend to think they are always right. But many I found are just conners. And to those who makes their monies from preparation of housing loan contracts, have they never tried to ask how much cost it really take to cut and paste documents. And they charging few thousands for that. And when come to defending us in Court they never really put the money where their mouths are.

I know a lawyer, in fact one of many. And they were my friends then. When they need you, they brag. And you hire them. Then when you ask them what happen to the case, they start giving you tons of excuses. Their offices have move lah, the partners are disbarred lah and many more. That had been almost two years. And then they start to losing your documents.

I remember some jokes I heard:

Q. What is the difference between a lawyer and basket full of shit

A. The basket.

---

Q. How do you know when the lawyer lies?

A. When his lips move.

More to this in Part 2..

Gantungan Ali Rustam, KJ sepatut digantung 2 minggu - dimanakah silapnya JK Disiplin UMNO?

Raja sedang hangat diperkatakan.

sehingga sanggup membuat kekecohan, menzahirkan penentangan/

3- Beberapa pandangan Ulamak Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah berhubung
institusi Raja

Tujuan perbincangan ini ialah agar masyarakat;

sahabatnya r.a.hum.

Pada zaman Rasulullah S.A.W. dan zaman khulafa' arRasyidin r.a.hum,
umat Islam gigih melaksanakan tanggungjawab kerja dakwah dan
penyebaran Islam.
kerenah baik buruk masing-masing.

Rasulullah S.A.W. pernah mengutus Hadrat Amru bin alAs r.a. kepada 2
orang raja Oman bersama sepucuk surat yang berisi seperti demikian...
"....
Aku mengajak kamu dengan dakwah Islam, anutlah agama Islam maka kamu
akan selamat.....
... Apabila kamu berdua memeluk Islam, AKU AKAN MENETAPKAN KAMU
SEBAGAI PENGUASA....
...."

r.a.hum.

Kedudukan Raja Dalam Sistem Pentadbiran Sebuah Kerajaan Islam.

kepadanya. Contoh pentadbir adalah menteri (termasuk ketua menteri
bagi sebuah negeri) atau kakitangan kerajaan.

Sebuah hadith riwayat Ibnu AnNajjar daripada Abu Hurairah r.a.,
Rasulullah S.A.W. bersabda: "Sultan adalah Payung ALLAH di bumi ini,
tempat bernaungnya orang-orang yang lemah, memberi pertolongan
terhadap orang-orang yang teraniaya. Barangsiapa memuliakan Sultan

Beberapa pandangan Ulamak Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah berhubung institusi
Raja.

Imam ibnu Hajar berpendapat bahawa "Melantik Raja hukumnya Fardhu
Kifayah seperti melantik Kadhi".

institusi Raja mestilah ditentang tanpa sebarang kesangsian.

Why A Samad Said is wrong. Why yesterday's demo should not has happened and should not be politicized by PAS. A personal view by a medical Professor

Here is an excerpt from a recent posting from alumni groups. Some of the info had been blacked out to hide the identity of the sender. PAS is the wrong platform anyway, they are not keen on 'mertabatkan bahasa Melayu' but 'Bahasa ARAB'

From: xxxxxx To: xxxxxxxx@googlegroups.com Sent: xxxday, March 0x, 2009 12:48 AMSubject: [xxxx: xxxx] Re: GMP PPSMI - a view from Razaleigh, so what's next ?

Dear All,
I have refrained from making any comment on the language issue until yesterday's demonstration and the plea for someone in the academic field to respond. I would like to categorically state that if we love our people especially the Malays do not revert to teaching of science and maths in Malay.
We have already damaged almost two generations of Malays from a failed attempt to use Malay as the language of science. I know that there will be people who will disagree with me but I will state my reasons and narrate my experience.I would like to state my credentials from the outset. I was the foundation head of the Department of Surgery of Uxx in 19x6 and was amongst the pioneers in establishing the Faculty of Medicine. I was Professor of Surgery and was Dean of the Medical Faculty from 19xx to 19xx when I returned to the Ministry of Health as a Senior Consultant Surgeon and later Chief of the Surgical Services until my official retirement on reaching 55years of age in 2xxx. I continued service on a contractual basis and continued to be involved in teaching undergraduates from UPM, UiTM and Uni Sabah.

I am an Adjunct Professor in UKM and I am still teaching Postgraduates in General Surgery and Paediatric Surgery which is my special field of expertise. In the early years of UKM students who entered the medical school were almost entirely from the Malay medium. There was great enthusiasm to teach medicine in Bahasa Malaysia.Indonesian lecturers were recruited to teach the basic science subjects in the first two years in Bahasa Malaysia ala Indonesia. Textbooks were in English and some foreign teachers taught in English. Efforts were made to create Malay medical terminology and translate medical textbooks. Some lecturers began writing medical books in Malay.
I must say that despite all these efforts the students hardly refer to or use the Malay books. The examination questions which were mainly MCQs were in Malay and translated into English as external examiners were invited for all examinations. The external examiners were mainly from English speaking countries. Examinations were in both Malay and English during an oral examination by an external examiner.
If a student could not communicate in English the questions and answers were translated to the students and examiners. When the students entered the clinical years and placed in Hospitals the teaching was done in English as the language of communication and documents in all hospitals were all in English and has remained so to this day.
There was nobody who could teach the clinical years in Bahasa Malaysia! When I was Dean of the Medical School from 1984 to 1990 there were strong pressures from the University Senate members that we should teach entirely in Bahasa Malaysia. I categorically rejected this move. This did not go down very well for me especially by the those who saw me as unpatriotic.
Even if I wanted to have all the teachings done in Bahasa Malaysia it was impossible to implement. We were short of Clinical teachers and there was no one competent enough to teach in Malay. Worse, if we had done it in Malay the students would not be able to communicate to the medical staff in the hospital because they could only communicate in English. We had to import foreign teachers who could teach only in English and because a major portion of the clinical examinations were to be in English we had to make the students competent to present their cases and discuss in English.
I was willing to put my job on the line. The students were literally forced to learn medicine in English. The students were given English classes and had to pass 4 credits of English before graduation as a prerequiste for obtaining their degree. I have personally taught English to those who were weak.To comply with the language requirements of the University the theory papers were in both languages and students were given the option to use either one.
Hardly any student use the Malay version! only the weak ones in English were said to use the Malay version. The majority wrote their answer scripts in English. In the final examination of the first batch the external examiners were impressed with not only their knowledge also but their abiltity to present cases and discuss in English.
The first few groups were impressive and many of them were able to obtain their postgrad training and certification from the Royal Colleges of UK, Scotland and Ireland.Sadly the more recent graduate's command of English are'nt as good. The students I now teach have poorer command of English especially the Malays. The Chinese are also nearly as bad but the Indians are not as bad. Their grammar is atrocious, their diction and pronounciation are quite horrible.
Some can't even string a few simple sentences. There are still a few good ones though.Amongst doctors the overseas graduates from English speaking countries are mostly quite competent in English. The downside about the poor command of English of some of our doctors is our inability to send them overseas for further training in some very specialised areas. Countries like UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand require candidates to pass an English examination called IELTS.
They must pass in all the components of the written and oral test with marks above 7. Some of the candidates my colleagues and I have arranged for further trainng overseas have not been able to pass the test and could not be accepted to pursue their training. The reality in Malaysia is that the language of the medical profession is English. If a doctor is not conversant in English he will face difficulty in the job in this country. Almost all documents are written in English and the language of communication between doctors who graduate from Universities all over the world is English.
Doctors from Malaysia trained in the middle east, Indian subcontinent, Ukraine and Russia are taught in English. Most of the sources of information in Medicine are in English. The two main proponents of 'reversal' are not men of science and I am uncertain whether they are familiar with what is the reality on the ground in Medicine, Engineering and other Sciences. They should be more concern with the deteriorating standards of Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written amongst younger Malaysians. I have often heared Malaysians giving their opinions to TV stations in bad Bahasa Melayu when asked to comment on some issues. They should be more concern with the diminishing utilisation of Bahasa Melayu in adverts, notices and in commercial premises. There are many so called Malaysians who have been here for generations who still cant speak proper Bahasa Malaysia. Why did'nt they make noise about it? What irked me recently was when I heard an Indian MP who could not speak properly in Malay and had to ask permission to speak mostly in English in Parliament.
Why did they not champion the use of more Jawi the original script of Bahasa Melayu? In my younger days more Jawi was used. I can ask them many more questions about what they have not done 'untuk memertabatkan' Bahasa Melayu. Reverting to teaching maths and science in Malay is not the way. It is only hiding their failures as literary figures to promote greater usage and respect for the Malay language in many areas by the citizenry of Malaysia. I have asked many of my graduates this question. If you are to study maths and science again what language would you prefer to be used. All said ENGLISH. If we are to ask the rural folks in what language they would like their children to be taught science and maths? I am confident that they will say ENGLISH. I rest my case. xxxxxxxxx

A new Perak General Elections is a waste of public funds. Sultan made the right decision.

According to the recent polls held in the past few days, the majority of the public had opined that to hold another elections after less than a year is a waste of public funds and is best instead used for the interest of simulating the Perak Economy due to the current economic downturn.

The Sultan of Perak had made the right decision and it proven that the majority of Malaysians are fed up of the attempt by the PAkatan to sabotage the Constitution and the Royal Institution when they openly defied the wish of the Sultan.
Nizar should act as a stateman rather that an political hooligan and his subservive actions had tarnished the good name of the Sultan directly and also Malaysia in general. Nizar and his cohorts should stop all this nonsence and go back to the basics that what this country needs is for our Government and the Opposition to work together the best strategies for Malaysia to ballast the impact of the coming recession.

Power struggle and bickering is not the solution to current economic situation but is disadvantegous and be less Competitive for Perak as it leads us losing focus on what we need to do for the Rakyat and the Country.

Tok Guru Flip Flop selepas PM Flip Flop

1.Kenyataan Nik Aziz menyatakan beliau tidak suka penggunaan istilah "Bumiputera" bila memohon bantuan kerajaan. Amat lucu sekali.

Kata pemegang PHd. Teman berbahase omputih lak
"There is a substantial difference between racism and racial, and they are not the same." Eh Eh bunyik macam sama aje. Tak lama lagi dengarla kita mamak2 Penang menyanyikan lagu "Majulah Pulau Pinang". Apa itu strategi politikal Ramaisamy akan
teman bentangkan satu hari nanti.

8.
